Born and raised in California Brad is an Associate Broker of Q1 Real Estate and President of our partner company Q1 Financial, Inc. His time and experience has been throughout Southern California, graduating from Pepperdine University with a B.S. of International Business in 2008 followed by The University of San Diego with a Master’s of Science in Commercial Real Estate Development in 2011. Brad acquired his Brokers license in 2012 and MLO License Endorsement in 2020. Brad brings a wealth of experience ranging from small business development to commercial real estate transactions and management and now prioritizes his time assisting clients with their real estate needs as well our offices’ agents with loans and lending needs.
