Highly skilled real estate professional with a range of experience .  Graduated with a BA in political science from the University of Hawaii and with a J.D. from Golden Gate University.  Brokers license since 1976.  Legal counsel for large real estate development companies and the General Counsel, COO and Executive Vice President for Princeville Development Corporation the developer of the 20,000 acre Princeville Resort on the Island of Kauai. I spent several years as the developer of two interval ownership resorts in Hawaii. In the 2000’s I led the sales team for Rancho Cielo located in Rancho Santa Fe CA in the sale of over $100,000,000 in estate lots and custom homes. In late 2009 Mike and Quentin Smith we formed Evergreen Realty San Diego and grew this firm to over 40 agents in just 3 short years. In 2014 becoming part of the Engel & Volkers brokerage franchise. In January 2020 de-franchised from Engel & Volkers and folded our team into REMAX Del Mar.  Currently working on our newest brokerage firm Q1 Real Estate with our first office in Cielo Village in Rancho Santa Fe.  Mike is the Managing broker for this firm and continue to work with select investors in buying and selling multi family properties and locating residential properties or re-modeling and re-sale.   Provides real estate advice and representation for both residential and commercial properties owners and investors.
